1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Raycaster (“the Service”), operated by Raygency (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Raycaster is an AI-powered content creation and publishing platform. The Service allows you to:

• Create and edit content with AI assistance (powered by Claude and OpenAI)
• Publish posts to LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) on your behalf
• Schedule posts for future publication
• Generate images for use in your posts
• Analyze and replicate your writing style

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using Raycaster, including drafts, published posts, and writing style samples. By using the Service:

• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as needed to provide the Service
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish to LinkedIn, X, or any other platform
• You must not use the Service to create or publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• You must not misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written if required by applicable laws or platform policies

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI through Raycaster is provided as a starting point and suggestion. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before publishing
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• AI-generated images are subject to OpenAI's usage policies

6. Connected Accounts

When you connect your LinkedIn or X account to Raycaster:

• You authorize us to publish content to those platforms on your behalf
• You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service
• You may disconnect your accounts at any time from the Settings page
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by LinkedIn or X regarding your content or account

7. Free Tier and Usage Limits

Raycaster currently operates on a free tier with the following limits:

• LinkedIn: 10 published posts per week
• X: 20 published posts per week
• AI generations: 50 per week
• Image generations: 50 per month

We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. If we introduce paid plans in the future, existing free tier users will be notified in advance.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, bulk messaging, or automated posting beyond the intended functionality
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
• Use the Service to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raygency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from your use of the Service. This includes any damages resulting from content published through the Service to third-party platforms.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We will delete your data within 30 days of account termination, except where retention is required by law

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raygency operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
